RSY Designs currently ships orders Australia-wide.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using Australia Post.

A flat shipping rate of $12 AUD applies to all Australian orders.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for delivery after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post's delivery network. Delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays or circumstances outside of RSY Designs' control.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.

RSY Designs is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to RSY Designs because the delivery address was incorrect or the parcel was unable to be delivered, please contact us to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact RSY Designs with your order number so we can assist with tracking the parcel.

If an order is lost or damaged in transit, RSY Designs will work with the customer and Australia Post to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
